Sweet Potato Waffles
1.5 cups fresh puréed pumpkin
3 cups whole wheat pastry flour
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tps cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
4 tablespoons water
186 calories each!
